Refund Policy
Because we sell digital products (including license keys and configuration files) delivered electronically, ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS, except where required by applicable law.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned. As a result, we do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind or accidental purchase
- user error or misunderstanding
- incompatibility with your system or software
- failure to read the product description
- unauthorized sharing or misuse of the product
2. Replacement for Verified Issues
If your purchase is defective or inaccessible due to an error on our end, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with proof of purchase.
If the issue is verified, we may, at our discretion:
- replace the digital key or configuration, or
- re-deliver the product
Replacements are provided instead of refunds whenever possible.
3. Fraud & Chargebacks
Attempting to obtain a product and then initiating an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim violates this policy.
Confirmed abuse may result in revoked access, denial of future purchases, and reporting to the payment provider when appropriate.
